Unlike other applications that teach Yoruba by mimicking romance languages, iSabi™ Yoruba gives you the foundations for learning and speaking Yoruba successfully. We believe that practice makes perfect! You will learn how to pronounce letters of the Yoruba alphabet—especially those with unique Yoruba pronunciations such as, Ẹ, P or Ṣ. Tones change the meaning of Yoruba words. You will hear and practice subtle differences in tone between identically written words. Not an easy language. This app makes it a bit easier but this app could use multiple levels of lessons and more practical uses of the language.
Nice app but very limited. Good to learn the tones though.
Its good but could be better and get an update to perfect some of the language and search.
This is an easy and great way to learn a new language. I like how you can hear it spoken in Native tongue from the program. Doing so can help with your pronunciation.
